As presented to the Learning Disabilities Association of Texas

“Among the many approaches that exist for remediating
reading, spelling, and language difficulties,

are the most sound.”
--Bebko, Alexander, and Doucet, Language! Roots

|
- Add predictability to word meaning
- Provide a consistent decoding system
- Strengthen reading fluency
- Increase comprehension
- Expand basic language skills

Digging Down to the Roots provides a structured approach to teaching Latin and Greek word roots.
